Abstract (2. Language):
The twenty first century which has been defined "global village", "post industrial society", "the electronic era", "information age", "the third wave" etc. by some researchers. Nowadays, new communication technologies have penetrated thorough both private and public spheres.
The new communication technologies how affect on the traditional reader which has combined the aim of this .study. Especially, people who live in developing countries like Turkey might have used sufficiently and equivalently this technology? The general frame of this study will be constituted by given answers about the electronic journalism will instead of the traditional journalism won't it?etc.
People who live in developing countries have not equally economic and cultural capital that will reach to information according to this study's findings .In this context, when reaching to the information, the concept of social state instead of the concept of marketing that has appropraited to be needed. However, the traditional journalism will continue to live during the information age.
