Abstract (2. Language):
Developing and underdeveloped countries don't have a mechanism for delivering news about themselves, so all the world get news related to these countries from the international media organisations that make such news according to their perpeciive and reflect the subjective point of view of the western world. It means that the source of the events may be anywhere on the worid but the source of the information is generally developed countries of the west. Thus news are formed and released by the perspective of such countries.
