Public affairs and marketing are two phonomens in which there is communication in its orijins. As long as this communication follows a dual healthy flow, it becomes significant for public affairs and with the accurance of marketing communication concept, the inteprises begin to realise and its effectiveness. So, in this study, public affairs in marketing communication with advertising are examined as two main elements.
