BİLİŞİM KAVRAMI, ELEKTRONİK İLETİŞİM VE BİLİŞİM SİSTEMLERİ YAKLAŞIMI

The passed 20th century has been a near in which many changes happened in communication and information technologies. These changes led to apparent differentiations in communications among humans. One of the forerunners of them is the obvious increase İn communication and information interchange among people by means of electronic Communication and Information Systems (e-CIS). More recent and more important development is that these systems are being utilized in an integrated fashion increasingly. Using computer and satellite systems in Radio-TV-Cinema broadcasts and Press publications are examples of this development.
