Abstract (2. Language):
Mass media differentiate each other according to their broadcasting politics and the space they broadcast. They may be called as national or local when thought of broadcasting capacity. Further, the difference in program genres determine their form of broadcasting. The protection of local values through globalisation both contributes to universal culture and has on important role in the protection of national values. Even geographical local, culturel values are universal. Mass media have an important role in world culture's growth. Thus, I'll look at the values which aren't limited as local by the media's international broadcasting and network and it's contribute to universal culture
