Abstract (2. Language): 
Current business conditions mandate greater competitive advantage from HR agendas and processes. To add greater competitive advantage, HR must contribute strategic value against criteria from customer and capital markets. HR can add strategic value either reach'vely or proactivety. !n its strategically reactive mode, HR assumes the existence of a business strategy and adds value by linking HR practices to the business strategy and by managing change. In its strategically proactive mode, HR creates competitive advantage by creating cultures of creativity and innovation, by facilitating mergers and acquisitions, and by Sinking internal processes and structures with ongoing changes in the marketplace. The article defines and describes these practices through which HR can contribute to greater competitive advantage.

Günümüzde mevcut ekonomik koşullar isletmeleri insan kaynakları gündemine dayalı bir rekabet an¬layışı geliştirmeye zorlamaktadır. Daha yüksek bir rekabet yetkinliği kazanmak için işletmeler insan kaynakla¬rının rcaktif ve proaktif olarak yer alacağı süreçler yaratmaya yönelmektedirler. Stratejik olarak reaktif mo¬delde insan kaynaklan yönetiminin, insan kaynaklan uygulamaları ile işletme stratejisi ve değişim yönetimi arasında ilişki kurması gerektiği kabul edilmektedir. Proaktif modelde, insan kaynaklan yönetiminin yaratıcı¬lık kültürünü geliştirerek ve birleşmelerde kılavuzluk yaparak rekabet avantajı yaratılmasına zemin hazırlaya¬bileceği görülmekledir. Bu makalenin amacı, İnsan kaynakları yönetiminin İşletmenin rekabet yetkinliğine nasıl ve hangi açılardan katkı yapabileceğini analiz etmektir.
