In this study, the effects of information and communication technologies, which have been improving rapidly in the last decade, on employment have been studied regarding both the capacity of employment and the quality of the Works done and the changes that these Technologies have made on process of looking fora job and hiring somebody for a job.

Bu çalışmada özellikle son on yıl içerisinde giderek daha büyük bir hızla gelişen biigi ve iletişim teknolojilerinin istihdam üzerindeki etkileri; gerek istihdam hacmi ve yapılan işlerin niteliği, gerekse bu teknolojilerin iş bulma ve işe alma sürecinde meydana getirdiği değişiklikler göz önünde bulundurulmak suretiyle incelenmeye çalışılmıştır.
