We see United Kingdom, France, USA and Italy moved the score of the purchase power according to actual numbers, at the begining of the 20th Century from 3 – 7 thousand per GDP to 26 – 38 thousand dollars in a century. But in Turkey the realistic increase could reach only three times. At the beginning of the century the differerence between Turkey and the reference countries was between 2 – 6 times corrridor but the ratio jumped to 8 – 11 times corridor nowadays. Turkey is the minumum performed country in the analiysed five countries per GDP’s average. At the beginning of the 20th Century the great power United Kingdom was very static but it has passed the realistic development of Turkey and this is a sign of serious stable and high realistic development problem of Turkey.

20. yüzyıl başında günümüz satın alma gücüne göre 3 - 7 bin dolarlık fert başı GSYİH’ ya sahip İngiltere, Fransa, ABD ve İtalya’nın bir asırda bu skoru, 26 – 38 bin dolar aralığına taşıdığını görüyoruz. Türkiye’deki reel artışsa üç kata ancak ulaşabilmiştir. Yüzyılın başında Türkiye’nin referans ülkelerle arasındaki fark sadece 2 - 6 kat aralığındayken günümüzde bu oran 8-11 kat aralığına sıçramıştır. Türkiye, analiz edilen beş ülke içerisinde fert başı GSYİH’ daki ortalama yıllık reel değişimde en düşük performansı sağlayan konumundadır. 20. yüzyılın başında dünyanın süper gücü konumundaki İngiltere’nin tüm statik yapısına karşılık Türkiye’deki reel büyümeyi geçmesi, ülkemizde çok ciddi bir istikrarlı ve yüksek ivmeli reel büyümenin sağlanamaması sorununun mevcut olduğunu göstermektedir.
