Abstract (2. Language):
2 nd Constitutional Period has an important place in Turkish political and cultural life. Our literary persons has mentioned about this event in their works. Mehmet Akif is one of them. This article tries to explain Mehmet Akif's view of 2nd Constitutional Period. Mehmet Akif is one of those who are in favor of 2nd Constitutional Period. Nevertheless, he criticizes the wrong applications after its declaration.
