Abstract (2. Language):
This study, where Rıza Tevfik (1869-1949) has written a part of the E. J. W. Gibb's (1857-1901) incomplete famous work of art A Historyu of Ottoman Poetry volume VII, examines Fecr-i Ati literary movement, which is considered to be the most important formation in the history of Turkish Literature's Renovation Period after Servet-i Fiinun. This important sutudy, which was written in 1910, but couldn't be published due to various reasons, comes into being here for the first time.
