Derya YILTAS was born in Midyat/Mardin, in
Turkey on March 3, 1979. She graduated from
primary and middle school in Mardin, the high
school in Aksaray. She received the B.Sc. degree in
computer science engineering from Istanbul
University, Istanbul, Turkey, in 2001. She also
received the M.Sc. degree from the same university
in 2003. She is now a Ph.D. candidate and receives
PhD scholarship from The Scientific and
Technological Research Council of Turkey. Since
2001, she has worked as a Research Assistant in
Department of Computer Engineering, in Istanbul
University.
