Biographies
Wang Ming-dong received the M.S. degree in electrical
engineering from Zhengzhou University, Zhengzhou,
China in 2003 and is currently pursuing the Ph.D degree
at Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China. He is
also currently a lecturer at Zhengzhou University. His
research interest is the application of intellectual control

Liu Xian-lin received the M.S. and Ph.D degrees in
electrical engineering from Tsinghua University, Beijing,
China, and Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin,
China, respectively. He is currently a professor at
Zhengzhou University and his major areas of interest
are automatic control, power system analysis and control,
etc.
Yu Ji-lai received his B.S. and M.S. degrees from Harbin
Institute of Technology, Harbin, China, and Ph.D
degree from North-China Electric Power University. He
is currently a professor and a Ph.D student’s supervisor
at HIT. His research interests are power system analysis
and control.
