Abstract (2. Language):
Art of a society is a resultant of tangible and intangible cultural elements which have been accumulated throughout the course of history by various interactions that has been transmitted to the present time. The art which builds itself on self philosophical substructures of a society, gains momentum from political, economic and socio-cultural movements of a period and their common denominators with politics is of shaping the society. As politicians prefer to dictate their dogmatic doctrines to the society through direct imposition, the artists on the other hand, by adopting an aesthetic approach, prefer to open this dogmatic doctrine to debate to form a social entente. Supervisory aspect of the arts, in representation of the universe of "ideas" and politics in representation of the universe of "realities" by forming a dialectical structure with each other, aim to reach the reasonable equilibrium in the governance. Should this be summarised in a slogan "as politics is art of governance of individuals and societies, the art on the other hand is politics of influencing the individuals and societies.

Bir toplumun sanatı, tarih boyunca biriktirilen maddi ve manevi kültürel unsurların çeşitli etkileşimlerle eklemlenerek çağa taşınan birikimlerin bileşkesidir. Felsefi altyapısını öz kültürel unsurlarının üzerine yapılandıran sanat, dönemin mevcut sosyo-kültürel, iktisadi ve siyasi hareketlerinden hız almakta olup, politikayla buluştukları ortak payda, topluma biçim vermektir. Politikacı topluma kendi dogmatik doktrinini dikte yoluyla dayatmayı tercih ederken, sanatçı; estetize edilmiş bir yaklaşımla söz konusu dogmatik yöntemi tartışmaya açarak toplumsal itilaf oluştur. "İdealar" evrenini temsilen sanatla, "realiteler" evrenini temsil eden politikanın birbirlerini denetleyen yönü, diyalektik bir yapı oluşturarak, yönetimde makul dengeyi sağlamayı hedeflemektedir. Slogancı bir yaklaşımla özetlemek gerekirse; Politika "birey ve toplumları yönetme sanatı", sanat ise "birey ve toplumları etkileme politikasıdır.
