Abstract (2. Language):
In this study, the toxin occurance of Alternaria alternata, Alternaria solani, Fusarium equisetum and Penicillium italicum isolated from some vegetables and fruits and identified in modified Czapek-Dox Broth (mCDB) was determined by bioassay method. Moreover the produced total biomass amount was also investigated. At the end of this investigation, toxins produced by the species used in the study inhibited the developments of Bacillus megaterium DSM 32, Bacillus subtilis IMG 22, Bacillus brevis FMC 3, Proteus vulgaris FMC 1 and Enterobacter aerogenes CCM 2531. The findings indicated that the bioassay method could be used in the case of absence of toxin standards and chromatographic possibilities.
Abstract (Original Language):
Araştırma sonucunda, çalışmada kullanılan türlerin oluşturduğu toksinler Bacillus megaterium DSM 32, Bacillus subtilis IMG 22, Bacillus brevis FMC 3, Proteus vulgaris FMC 1, Escherichia coli DM ve Enterobacter aerogenes CCM 2531’in gelişmelerini inhibe etmiştir. Sonuçlar biyolojik ölçüm metodunun, toksin standartları ve kromatografik çalışma imkanı bulunmayan durumlarda kullanılabilir bir yöntem olduğunu göstermiştir.
