A foreign language usage becomes a real need for the people to communicate. In the
Sakha Republic (Yakutia), teachers of foreign languages look for innovative types of teaching based on the recent achievements of science in order to provide high quality education. On the achievements of psycholinguistic, cognitive science, methodology and pedagogical approaches, our attention is directed to language learning strategies that help to learn and teach foreign languages.
