In this paper we tried to express Suhrawardi’s reductive aproach concerning modal propositions from the point of modern logic. Therefore we endeavored to concretize and symbolize the examples on which Suhrawardi emphasizing. And in this attempt of symbolization we made use of symbols in predicate logic and modal logic.

Bu çalışmada Sühreverdî’nin kiplikli önermelerle ilgili indirgemeci yaklaşımını modern mantık açısından ifade etmeyi denedik. Bu doğrultuda Sühreverdî’nin üzerinde durduğu örnekleri belirginleştirip sembolleştirmeye çalıştık. Bu sembolleştirme girişiminde de niceleme mantığındaki ve kiplikli mantıktaki sembollerden yararlandık.
