Abstract (2. Language): 
In this study, examples of our corporate applications to the countries such as Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Russia between 1999-2009 years are put forth. We draw attention to the solution of the problems we came across during the discussions of the management-engineering activities with about 1500 personnel and assessments related with the activities such as management seminars, consulting services and firm analysis held in approximately 400 firms in the specified countries. At the end of the report, problems concerning the effective personnel management and development proposals are presented.
