Abstract (2. Language):
Globalization, one of the more frequent mentioned concepts is regarded as one of the most fundamental tools in order to have a place in the world criterion. In this period the problem that especially the less developed or developing countries face is how to conserve their own values and how individuals gain the information, the skills , values and behaviors that is demanded by a globalized world, while saving national and cultural identities. The most important tool to hold up this matter, to train individuals able to keep balance between national values and globalized truth is education.
Gaining freedom after the collapse of the former Soviet Union the Republic of Azerbaijan made many innovations in the field of education. The study of Azerbaijan-Turkey Private High Schools (ATPHS) shows that have an important place in national educational system of Azerbaijan and representing Azerbaijan in many successes in the international arena without forgetting their national culture and values is a valuable experience.
Our goal in this study is to reach the idea of the value that students have learning their mother tongue, literature and culture in a globalizing world trained for their country, learned, open to innovations, as a sincere individual who can identify the qualities of the effects of education system in defending the rights of their nations, and gaining success and others, especially for the Turkic societies.
