Businesses, in the globalization process which makes capital into an international one , support economic development, come up with new entrepreneurs by creating competitiveness, and causes changes in business goodwill and administration structure, find themselves in the international entrepreneurs by moving away from centralism. Accordingly, this process forces businesses to change. Today, rapid changes provide every kind of businesses with very different opportunities in business world. The changes in customer preferences, the appearance of global products, the developments in technology, communication and data processing, increase job opportunities. Furthermore, they encourage big businesses to create new organization structures which are away from centralism and take the local elements into consideration by leaving the existing ones. Consequently, businesses are trying to adapt the new administration structure and to maximize the business goodwill.
