Abstract (2. Language):
In the process of transition after the Soviets, the Russian Federation has adapted itself to the different conditions inside and outside the country, nearby surroundings and the global arena. As a consequence of this transformation Russia has rallied and with the new structure has taken her place in Eurasia even in the global political arena. In the new period the basic aim of Russian policy is certainly the dream of new empire bearing the feelings of the past and to be a global power. Russia is obviously using two basic political and economical instruments. One of them is to keep the Central Asia and the Caucasus under the same roof of CIS and under the control in the term of neo-eurasianism, the other, as the basis of this work, is Russia's energy policy founded and developed by Putin.
The political and economical instruments used by Russia to achieve the basic political aim have again made the Central Asia, as we might say the heart of Turkish World, the center of interest of Russia. In this work the current energy policy of post Soviet Russia and in connection with this Russian foreign policy and the place of the Central Asia in this policy have been taken into account.
