With the globalization in the world, the role of the transportation sector has improved gradually within the economical and commercial lives of the countries. Because this is a region in which cheap energy and raw materials are being produced and is a new market that produced goods are marketed for the EU. The EU's demand to improve its commercial relations with the region brought up the transportation problem because of the geographical distance.
