Abstract (2. Language): 
This study aims to explore the role of international organisations to prevent corruption. It is important to focus on the necessity of combatting corruption within a wider context towards international cooperation. This article deals with, first of all, the meaning of corruption. Secondly, this article examines rules of international treaties prepared by international organisations. Thirdly, it will be pointed out that what kind of works have been carried out to combat corruption by international organisations within the context of soft law instruments. Fourthly, the programmes and projects which have been carried out to tackle with the problem of corruption by international organisations will be examined.

Bu çalışmanın amacı yolsuzlukla mücadele konusunda uluslararası örgütlerin rolünü incelemektir. Burada önemli olan, küresel bir sorun olan yolsuzluğun daha geniş bir uluslararası mücadeleyle sürdürülmesinin önemine dikkat çekmektir. Başlıca dört başlık halinde ele alınan bu çalışmada öncelikle yolsuzluğun tanımı üzerinde durulmaktadır. İkinci olarak, uluslararası örgütlerin hazırladıkları sözleşmelerde yolsuzlukla ilgili düzenlemeler incelenmektedir. Üçüncü olarak, yolsuzlukla mücadeleye dair esnek kurallara uluslararası örgütlerin nasıl bir katkıda bulundukları konusuna değinilmektedir. Dördüncü olarak, uluslararası örgütlerce yolsuzlukla mücadele kapsamında yürütülen proje ve programlar konusu ele alınmaktadır.
