Abstract (2. Language):
In scientific field, which naturally aims at discovering the truth, sometimes informations contradictory with the facts and truth are also produced and published. These actions contrasting the scientific ethics either emanates from researches that lack discipline or are results of misconducts made deliberately. Such scientific misconducts may occur while the research is being conducted, as well as at the stage of its publication.
There are several rules on behaviour pattern that has to be respected during researches which focuses on human beings. Should these rules are ignored, the individuals subject to the research and the science itself would suffer.
There are various reasons underlying scientific fallacies. It is possible to cite the desire to do as many publications as possible, being under pressure for the publication and dogmatism among these reaosns.
The aim of this study is to display the methods of scientific misconduct, to bring to light the rules that has to be paid attention in researches which hasthe individuals as their subject, and to show the necessary steps to be taken in order to prevent the scientific misconduct.

Doğası gereği gerçeği araştırmakla uğraşan bilimsel alanda zaman zaman gerçeğe aykırı bilgiler üretilmekte ve yayımlanmaktadır. Bilim etiğine ters davranışlardan söz edildiğinde bunlar ya disiplinsiz araştırmalardan ya da kasıtlı yanıltmalardan kaynaklanmaktadır. Yanıltmalar, bilimsel araştırmanın devam ettiği süreçte olduğu gibi yayın aşamasında yapılabilmektedir.
Konusu insan olan araştırmalarda davranış şekilleriyle ilgili dikkat edilmesi gereken bazı kurallar vardır. Bu kurallara uyulmadığı takdirde hem araştırmaya konu olan insanların hem de bilimin zarar görmesi kaçınılmazdır.
Bilimsel yanıltmanın çeşitli sebepleri vardır. Fazla yayın yapma isteği, çeşitli baskılar, dogmatizm gibi sebepler bunlardan bazılarıdır.
Bu çalışmanın amacı bilim etiğinde karşılaşılan yanıltma biçimlerinin neler olduğunu, konusu insan olan araştırmada dikkat edilmesi gereken hususları, bilimsel yanıltmanın sebeplerini ve bilimsel yanıltmanın önlenmesi için yapılması gerekenleri ortaya koymaktır.
