Present Antitank systems are loosing their effectiveness in some aspects with the use of new generation tanks. For making a performance and cost effective decision; a multiobjective decision making method is necessary instead of an heuristic approach because of the complex nature of the problem. In this paper a decision support model is presented for evaluate and select the best compromise system in the case of purchasing a new antitank system. The model is based on Analytical Hierarchy Process and six systems are considered as the alternatives.

Bu çalışmada, yeni nesil tankların ortaya çıkmasıyla birlikte etkinliği belli ölçüde azalan tanksavar silâh sistemlerinin etkinliğini artırmak amacıyla yeni tanksavar silâh sistemleri alımına karar verilmesi durumunda, karar verme aşamasında karar vericilere destek sağlamak maksadıyla, Analitik Hiyerarşi Yöntemi kullanılarak değerlendirmeye alınan altı adet tanksavar silâh sisteminin incelenip değerlendirilmesi ve bunların arasından en iyi tanksavar silâh sisteminin seçilmesi sunulmuştur.
