How can scenarios towards future be developed? How can future planning be made? Answers to these questions can be provided by elimination of uncertainty for the future. Scenario planning is an important management and system process, which is used to manage future uncertainty and make strategic planning process efficient. This study comprises literature review on planning process, its properties and techniques, a sample application and analysis sections.

Geleceğe yönelik senaryolar nasıl oluşturulur? Geleceğin planlaması nasıl yapılır? Bu soruların cevabının verilebilmesi geleceğe yönelik belirsizliklerin ortadan kaldırılması ile mümkün olacaktır. Senaryo planlama, geleceğe yönelik belirsizlikleri yönetmek ve stratejik planlama sürecini verimli hale getirmek amacıyla kullanılan önemli bir yönetim ve sistem sürecidir. Çalışmada, senaryo planlama süreci, özellikleri ve teknikleri ile ilgili literatür araştırması, örnek bir uygulama ile değerlendirme bölümleri yer almaktadır.
