Duchenne's muscular dystropy is a genetic disorder vvhose features include abnormal responses to muscular relaxants possible respiratory dysfunction after general anesthesia. Regarding this case, we reviewed the appro-priate anesthetic applications and clinical features of Duchenne's muscular dystrophy.

Duchenne kas distrofisi genel anestezi sonrası muhtemel solunum problemi ve kas gevşeticitere anormal yanıt gelişebilen genetik bir hastalıktır. Biz bu olgumuz nedeniyle Duchenne kas distrofisinin klinik özelliklerini ve anestezi uygulamalarını gözden geçirmeyi amaçladık.
