Çocukluk çağı atopik dermatitinde total IgE, eosinofil, prick ve yama test sonuçlarının değerlendirilmesi

Fifty patients with atopic dermatitis and 25 healthy controls were enrolled in this study. Prick and patch tests were applied. Serum IgE and eosinophilia levels vvere measured, Relationship between IgE, eosinophilia and prick-patch test was investigated. Prick and patch tests vvere positive İn 27 (54%) and 22(44%}respectively Serum total IgE levels vvere elevated in 28 patients (56 %) and eosinophilia was found in 9 patients (18%). Total IgE levels vvere elevated in 70.4 % and eosinophilia was found in 29 % of prick positive patients. 50 % of patch positive patients had elevated serum total IgE levels. Eosinophilia was found in 13.6 % ofthem. There was a statistically signifıcant difference in the results of patch test betvveen study and control groups (P=Ö. 032). Prick, patch test and elevated serum total IgE lev¬els v/ere found in 36%. 16 % 4 % in the control group, respectively. Eosinophilia was notseen. vVhen total IgE and eosinophilia levels in the study and control group vvere compared, statistically signifıcant relation vvas foundfP^O. 000)(P=0.025).

Atopik Dermatit tanısı alan 50 hasta ile 25 sağlıklı çocuktan oluşan kontrol grubuna prick test (PT) ve yama testi (YT)uygulandı. Total IgE ve eozinofıl düzeyleri ölçüldü. Total IgE, eozinofil düzeyleri ve prick-yama testi ilişkisi araştırıldı. Atopik dermatitlilerin 27sinde (% 54) PTpozitif, 22'sinde (% 44) YT pozitif, 28' inde (% 56} yüksek total Ig E, 9'unda (% 18} eozlnofıli saptanmıştır. PT pozitif olan hastaların % 70,4' ünde total Ig E düzeyi yüksekti, % 29,6'sında eozinofıli mevcuttu. YT pozitifolan hastaların % 50 sinde yüksek total Ig E, % 13,6'sında eosinofıli vardı.Çalışma ve kontrol grubu ile pozitif YT karşılaştırılmasında anlamlı fark vardı. (P=0,032). Kontrol grubunun % 36' sında PT, % 16 'sında YT poziti¬fliği, % 4'ünde total Ig E yüksekliği saptandı. Eozinofıli görülmedi. Çalışma ve kontrol grubunun total Ig E ve eozinofıl düzeyleri karşılaştırıldı. Total IgE (P=0.000) ve eozinofıl (P=0.025) düzeyi çalışma grubunda kontrol grubuna göre anlamlı yüksek bulundu.
