Two cases of morphea which developed after hepatitis B vacdnation at the sides ofinjection were presented. One of these two patients was a 25years old female. She referred to our clinic vvith complaints ofbrovvnish spots and hard-ening on externai side of her right arm. in her hlstory she said that she was given hepatitis-B vacdnation a year ago, on the thickened parts of her arm ,twice with 4 vveeks intervai. itching, discoloration and hardening started on these regions 3-4 months later, especially inceasıng wıth exposure to sun. The other case was male and 23 years old. He referred to our dinle vvith complaints of discoloration , regional hardening, hair fail on the upper part of his right arm. He said that he was given two hepatitis B vacdnation 8 months ago vvith 4 vveeks intervai. Two months after the innoculation he had the mentioned complaints över the innoculated regions of his arm. incisional bıöpsy was taken from both oftvvo cases. Histophathologic examinaton results were found accord vvith morphea. According to clinic prognosis, plague and slowly progressive type morphea was found in the female patient ,and lineer and rap-idly progressive type morphea was found in the male patient. Systemic involvement was not determined in both of the two patients. The loca! and/or systemic treatments were begun to both of the patients.

Hepatit B aşısı sonrası enjeksiyon bölgelerinde morfea gelişen İki olgu sunulmaktadır. Olgulardan kadın olanı 25 yaşındaydı. Olgu, sağ kolunun dış kısmında sertleşme ve kahverengi lekelenme şikayetleri ile kliniğimize başvurmuştu. Anamnezinden olgunun kolundaki kaiınlaşan bu bölgeden bir yıl önce 4 hafta ara ile iki kez hepatit B aşısı ite aşılandığı ve aşılamadan birkaç ay sonra enjeksiyon bölgelerinde kaşıntı, renk değişikliği ve sertleşmenin ortaya çıktığı, özellikle de yazın güneşte bu şikayetlerinin arttığı öğrenildi. 23 yaşında ve erkek olan diğer olgu ise sağ kolunun üst dış kısmında renk değişikliği, bölgesel sertleşme ve kıllarda dökülme şikayetleri ile polikliniğimize başvurmuştu. Hasta anam-nezinde 8 ay önce birer ay ara ile iki kür hepatit B aşısı olduğunu ve aşı yapılan yerlerde 2 ay sonra yukarıda anlatılan şikayetlerin başladığını söyledi. Her iki olgudan da ınsizyonel biyopsi alındı. Histopatolojik inceleme sonuçları her iki olgu için de morfea ile uyumlu bulundu. Klinik olarak takip edilen hastalarda hastalığın seyrine göre kadın olan olgu¬da plak ve yavaş ilerleyen tipte morfea ve erkek olan olguda da lineer ve hızlı ilerleyen tipte morfea tanısı konuldu. Her iki olguda da sistemik tutulum saptanmadı. Her iki hastaya da lokal ve/veya sistemik tedaviler başlandı.
