Abstract (2. Language): 
Aim: To highlight the neurovascular complications of hemodialysis and discuss the therapeutic app¬roaches with the relevant literature. Case Report: A 19- year old man on maintenance hemodialy¬sis who admitted to our clinic with intracerebral hematoma is discussed. Conclusion: Neurovascu¬lar complications are being recognised as the major causes of mortality and morbidity in hemodialy¬sis patients. Prevention of neurovascular complications of uremia and accelerated hypertension requires the cooperation of both the neurologists and nephrologists.

Amaç: Hemodiyalize bağlı nörovasküler komplikasyonların ve tedavi yaklaşımlarının literatürler yardı¬mıyla irdelenmesi. Olgu Sunumu: Hemodiyaliz tedavisi alan ve kliniğimize intraserebral hematom nedeniyle yatırılan 19 yaşında erkek hasta tartışıldı. Sonuç: Hemodiyaliz hastalarında nörovasküler komplikasyonlar mortalite ve morbiditenin önde gelen nedenlerindendir. Kontrolsüz hipertansiyon ve üremiye bağlı nörovasküler komplikasyonların önlenmesi için, bu hastaların nöroloji ve nefroloji uzmanlarının ortak takibinde olması gereklidir.
