Wegener’s Granulomatosis is a systemic vasculitis, that has an unknown etiology, involves small and middle sized vessels, and often characterized by necrotizing granulomatos inflammation of the upper and lower airways. In this article; a case to an outpatient polyclinic with fever and sinusitis was presented in the light of literature.

Wegener Granülomatozu etyolojisi bilinmeyen, küçük ve orta boy damarları tutan, sıklıkla üst ve alt hava yollarının nekrotizan granulomatöz iltihabı ile karakterize sistemik bir vaskülittir. Bu makale ile, ateş yüksekliği ve sinüzit bulgularıyla polikliniğe başvuran bir olgu literatür eşliğinde sunulmuştur.
