Erythema nodosum is red, painful when pressured, symmetric hot nodules which formed usually below the knee, front faces of the leg, least at arms and body. Erythema nodosum is rare in children than adults. Eritema nodosum developed after mycoplasma pneumoniae infection is quite rare in the literature. In this case report, the approach to a patient who was admitted to the family medicine clinic with complaints of subfebrile fever, cough and erythema nodosum was considered.

Eritema nodozum genellikle dizaltında, bacak ön yüzünde, daha az sıklıkla kollar ve vücutta yerleşim gösteren basmakla ağrılı, kırmızı, simetrik ve sıcak nodüllerdir. Eritema nodozum çocuklarda erişkinlere kıyasla daha az sıklıkta izlenirken mycoplasma pneumoniae sonrası gelişimi literatürde oldukça nadirdir. Bu vaka sunumunda, aile hekimliği polikliniğine subfebril ateş, öksürük ve eritema nodozum lezyonları ile başvuran bir hastaya yaklaşım ele alınmıştır.
