1973/1974'lerden bu yana başta Batı dünyasının çok gelişmiş
eski sanayi memleketleri olmak üzere, hemen bütün dünyada,
sebep ve n e t i c e l e r i birbirinden bir hayli farklı olmakla b i r l
i k t e , yığın işsizliği soğuk bîr heyula (2) gibi ülkeler üzerinde
