The last two decades represents a period of transformation and liberalization trends in the financial sectors. Financial globalization, liberalization and deregulation process have become the agenda in all devolving and developed courtiers during that period. Financial globalization as a reflection of economic globalization forces the national capital markets to integrate into global financial system. The aim of this paper to present the direction and reflections of global financial movements in international financial markets.

Son çeyrek asırlık periyot, finansal sektörlerde dönüsüm ve liberalizasyonu eğilimlerinin yasandığı bir dönemi temsil etmektedir. Finansal küresellesme, liberalizasyon ve deregülasyon süreci bu dönemde gelismis ve gelismekte olan tüm ülkelerin öncelikli gündemi haline gelmistir. Ekonomik globallesmenin bir yansıması olan finansal küresellesme mali piyasaların küresel sisteme entegrasyonu zorunlu hale getirmektedir. Bu makalenin amacı, uluslararası finansal sektörlerde gözlenen global sermaye hareketlerinin yönünü ve yansımalarını ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır.
