Abstract (2. Language):
This study is conducted on the students (267 boys, 68.5%; 123 girls, 31.2%, total=390 candidate) who were applied for the Çukurova University (Ç.U.) School of Phyical Education and Sports, Physical Ability Test in 2002-03 years.
There was a necessity to consider the small errors that causing to participants’ fail in physical ability test which started during 1992-1993 academic years in C.U. Scool of Physical Education and Sports. In the previous years, participants had a one chance to try the test, this year by the changes in the test procedure, participants had given two chances in each of the 3 tests (30 m sprint test, vertical jump test, coordination and skill test) and best scores were taken for the evalution
This study was conducted in order to find out any statistically significant difference between the 1st and 2nd trial scores of the applicants of Ç.U. School of Physical Education and Sports Physical Ability Test in 2002-03.
Data were analyzed by using paired t-test of SPSS Program. According to results of this study, it is founded that average success scores of the 2nd trial of the applicants is higher than the 1st trial causing to statistically significant difference.

Bu araştırma, 2002-03 yılı Çukurova Üniversitesi (Ç.Ü.) Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Yüksekokulu özel yetenek sınavlarına başvuran toplam 390 aday (267 erkek %68.5, 123 bayan %31.5) üzerinde yapılmıştır.
Ç.Ü. Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Yüksekokulu Özel Yetenek Sınavları, 1992-93 öğretim yılından itibaren başlayan iki aşamalı seçim sistemi ile yapılmaktadır. Bu tarihten itibaren tek sınav hakkı olan bazı adayların yaptıkları küçük hataların sınavı kaybetmelerine neden olduğu gözlemlenmiştir. Bu nedenle, 2002-03 yılı özel yetenek sınav uygulamasında bir değişiklik yapılarak, adayların girdiği üç testte (30m. sürat koşusu, dikey sıçrama testi, koordinasyon ve beceri testi) II. hak imkanı verilmiş ve en iyi dereceleri değerlendirmeye alınmıştır.
Çalışma, 2002-03 yılı Ç.Ü. Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Yüksekokulu özel yetenek sınavı adaylarının I. ve II. hak sonuçları arasında anlamlı bir farkın olup olmadığını tespit etmek amacıyla yapılmıştır.
İstatistiksel değerlendirmeler, SPSS paket programında eşleştirilmiş t-testi (paired t-test) ile yapılmıştır. Bu değerlendirmeler sonucunda adayların; II. haklarından elde ettikleri ortalama başarı puanlarının, I. haklarından aldıkları puanlardan daha yüksek olduğu tespit edilerek anlamlı farklılık bulunmuştur.
