Yarımagnetik Yarıiletkenlerde Magnetokalorik Etki

Magnetocaloric Effect in Semimagnetic Semicoductors

Journal Name:

Publication Year:

Abstract (2. Language):
The magnetocaloric effect of semimagnetic semiconductors in magnetic field is investigated. Analytical expressions for thermodynamic potential and entropy are found. It appears that the change of entropy is the oscillatory and non-oscillatory part. The change of entropy development according to the temperature was investigated.
