Abstract (2. Language):
In this study, the samples which were collected from Sütçüler region of Isparta were extracted and then FTIR spectra of samples obtained by using ATR equipment. The percentage of compounds belong to same samples were obtained by GC-MS and chemical composition of tyme oil were confirmed by using library of MS. In fingerprint region of FTIR spectrum, the bands at 1589, 1521, 1420, 1252 cm-1 characterized thyme oil from Sütçüler. These bands demonstrated that Sütçüler thyme oil is a carvacrol type thyme oil.
Abstract (Original Language):
Bu çalışmada, Sütçüler bölgesinden toplanan kekiklerin yağ özütlemesi sonucu elde edilen numunelerde, FTIR spektrumları ATR kullanılarak elde edildi. Aynı örneklerin, GC-MS cihaz analizinde yüzde bileşikleri belirlendi ve MS kütüphanesi ile sonuçlar teyit edildi. FTIR spektrumunda parmak izi bölgesindeki bandlar 1589, 1521, 1420, 1252 cm-1 dir ve bu bantlar Sütçüler kekik yağını karakterize etmektedir. Bu bandların varlığı, Şütçüler kekik yağının carvacrol tipi kekik yağı olduğunu ispatlamaktadır.
