In this study, we aimed to obtain 7p,19-diasetoksi-6a,8p-dihidroksi-4a,18-epoksi-neo-klerod-13-en-15,16-olide compound from Scutellaria orientalis L. subsp. Porphyrostegia Edmondson and to designate of the chemical structure of compound. For this purpose, Scutellaria orientalis L. subsp. Porphyrostegia Edmondson plant's acetone extract was prepared. The compound which obtained from this extract using chromatographic methods was purified and it's structure was designated.

Bu çalışmada, Scutellaria orientalis L. subsp. porphyrostegia Edmondson bitkisinden 7p,19-diasetoksi-6a,8p-dihidroksi-4a,18-epoksi-neo-klerod-13-en-15,16-olide bileşiğinin elde edilmesi ve bileşiğin kimyasal yapısının tayini amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla Scutellaria orientalis L. subsp. porphyrostegia Edmondson bitkisinin aseton ekstresi hazırlanmıştır. Bu ekstreden kromatografik yöntemler kullanılarak elde edilen bileşik saflaştırılmış ve yapısı tayin edilmiştir.
