Abstract (2. Language): 
The main purpose of this study is explaining of Regional Development Agencies basic problems in Turkey. Firstly, Regional Development Agency concept and structure were examined. Afterwards, the examples of regional development agencies were performed in Turkey and the study completed in the conclusion part with the comparison of applications in Turkey and found out the probable matter areas.

Bu çalışmanın amacı Türkiye'de Bölgesel Kalkınma Ajanlarının temel sorun alanlarının açıklanmasıdır. Öncelikle Bölgesel Kalkınma Ajansı kavramı ve yapısı incelenmiştir. Sonrasında ise, bölgesel kalkınma ajanslarının Türkiye uygulamaları sunulmuş ve çalışma sonuç bölümünde Türkiye uygulamalarının karşılaştırılması ve olası sorun alanlarının belirlenmesi ile tamamlanmıştır.
