Journal Name:

Publication Year:

Abstract (2. Language):
A cross-cultural adaptation inventory developed by Kelley and Meyers that may be used in the selection of the employees who are going to be deployed abroad has been applied to business administration department students and data has been gained related with this inventory. Also, the difference according to taking a lecture that can affect the adaptation of students to new cultures and working in different cultures has been tried to be demonstrated based on adaptation inventory. Data is analyzed with SPSS 11.5 for Windows programme. During the data analysis of the inventory, descriptive statistics (arithmetic mean and standard deviation) and factor analysis are used. Mann Whitney U test is used for the hypothesis developed about taking a lecture about cultural adaptation. Depending on the study, it can be concluded that the inventory is appropriate for the sample. Also, it has been demonstrated that cross-cultural adaptation inventory is different according to taking lecture related with cultural adaptation based on perceptual sensitivity dimension.
Abstract (Original Language):
Veriler SPSS 11.5 for Windows programında analiz edilmiştir.
