Abstract (2. Language):
The basic purpose of this study is to determine whether the sector
factor is effective in presenting workers stressors and consistency who work
in production and service firms. Because of that, a survey has been done on
managers and workers of the firms which have the quality of Small and
Middle Enterprise (SME) and perform in Kahramanmaras and Gaziantep.
From the results partially meaningful difference has been observed
concerned with organizational structure and policies among the stressors of
the workers who work in production and service sectors and among the
stressors connected to personal characteristics and relation, role of the
workers according to the sector they work a substantially meaningful
difference has been determined.

Bu arastırmanın temel amacı, üretim ve hizmet isletmelerinde
çalısan isgörenlerin stres kaynaklarının ve yogunlugunun ortaya
konulmasında sektör faktörünün etkin olup olmadıgını belirlemektir. Bu
amaçla, Kahramanmaras ve Gaziantep’te faaliyet gösteren ve Küçük ve Orta
Boy sletme (KOB) niteligine sahip isletmelerin yönetici ve çalısanları
üzerinde bir alan arastırması gerçeklestirilmistir. Elde edilen bulgulardan
üretim ve hizmet sektöründe çalısan personelin “is”’ ve “örgütsel yapı ve
politikalar” ile ilgili stres kaynakları arasında kısmen anlamlı bir farklılık
gözlenirken, çalısanların “rol, iliski ve kisisel yapıları” ile ilgili stres
kaynakları arasında ise çalıstıkları sektöre göre önemli oranda anlamlı
farklılık oldugu bulgulanmıstır.
