Abstract (2. Language):
Every language in the world has its own unique sounds, sound structures and characteristics. Among currently existing 15 Turkic languages, Kazakh is one of the 6 languages that have received the status of a national language. Kazakh language combines spoken and written characteristic in its structure and has had unique linguistic characteristics among the 130 languages spoken in the Russian Empire and Soviet Union. Yet, Kazakh is a language that has been under the influence of other languages. For example, there has been the influence of Arabic, Islamic culture and eastern literature. This paper discusses the past image of the phonetic structure of Kazakh, the changes in the spoken and written forms and phonetics of Kazakh, and its future images.

Dunyadaki her dilin kendine mahsus sesleri, ses yapisi, ses ozellikleri mevcuttur. Mevcut 15 Turk?e lehcesi i?inde Kazak Turk?esi ulusal dil olma duzeyine eri§en 6 dilden birdir. Kazak Turk?esi sozlu ve yazili sistemi birle§tirir. Kazak Turk?esi Rus imparatorlugu'nda ve Sovyetler Birliginde konu§ulan 130 farkli dilden dil ozellikleriyle ayri§mi§ bir dildir. Ancak Kazak Turk?esi farkli dillerden de etkilenmi§tir. Ornegin, dogu literaturunun, islam kulturunun ve Arap?anin etkisi vardir. Makalede Kazak edebi dilinin soyleyi§ sistemi, Kazak Turk?esi fonemlerinin tarihi, gunumuzde gen? neslin dilindeki telaffuz degi§meleri, dilin gelecekteki geli§me meseleleri ele alinmaktadir.
