Arthrofibrosis is a disabling complication after trauma and surgery due to massive connective tissue proliferation. In this case report, we report a patient with knee arthrofibrosis whose treatment has failed despite ofthe intensive physical therapy and surgical release procedures.

Artrofibrozis, travma veya cerrahi sonrasında eklemde masifkonnektifdoku proliferasyonuna bağlı olarak gelişen ve sakatlık yaratan bir tablodur. Bu olgu sunumunda dizinde artrofibrozis gelişen ve fizik tedaviye ve artroskopik olarak eklemin gevşetilmesine rağmen yeterli düzelme sağlanamayan bir hastamız sunulmaktadır.
