Journal Name:

Keywords (Original Language):

Abstract (2. Language):
Brenner tumour is encountered in a ratio of %1,5 in all ovarian malignancies. It derives from the metaplasia of coelomic ephithel.Histopathological and ultrastructuraly, Brenner tumour is similar to transitional epithelial cell carcinoma of urinary tract. Brenner tumours have hormonal activity. Most of these tumours produce estrogen. In same cases endometrial hiperplasia.is defined. Here, Brenner tumour arising with endometrial adenocarcinoma whichis the most serious complication is discussed.Endometrial adenocarcinoma is the most frequent malignancy in all gynecological malignancies. Typically, the patients are old and %80 of the cases are post-menauposal women when it is diagnosed.
Abstract (Original Language):
Brenner tümörü tüm over maligniteleri içinde %1.5 oranında görülür.
