Castleman hastalığı etyolojisi tam olarak bilinmeyen lenfoproliferatif bir hastalıktır. Bu yazıda boyunda soliter kitle oluşturmuş klinik olarak malign neoplazmı taklit eden pediatrik Castleman hastalığı sunuldu.
