The aim of this study is to find out the relationship among the self-efficacy concept and work-engagement level of Y Generation in family corporations which have a special importance in today's global economies. According to this aim, the Y Generationers' self-efficacy is measured with the " Sherer's Self Efficacy Scale" and the work engagement level is measured with the "Work Engagement Scale" developed by Rich, Lepin and Crawford.

Bu çalışmanın amacı, günümüz ekonomileri açısından ele alındığında gerek yerel sınırlar kapsamında gerekse küresel anlamda önemli bir ekonomik aktör olan aile şirketlerinde Y Jenerasyonunun öz yeterlilik algılarının işe adanmışlık düzeyleri üzerindeki etkisinin olup olmadığının incelenmesidir. Bu kapsamda yürütülen çalışma kapsamında ele alınan aile şirketlerine mensup Y Jenerasyonunun öz yeterlilik algılar Sherer tarafından geliştirilen "Genel Öz Yeterlilik Ölçeği" ile işe adanmışlık düzeyleri ise Rich, Lepin ve Crawford tarafından geliştirilmiş "İşe Adanmışlık Ölçeği" ile ölçülmüştür.
