NAPRTCS (North American Pediatric Renal Transplant Cooperative Study) kayıtlarında, böbrek nakli yapılan hastaların %3'ünde tam polikistik böbrek hastalığıdır (2). Çocukluk çağı polikistik böbrek hastalığı otozo-mal fesesİf polikistik böbrek hastalığı, otozomal dominant polikistik böbrek hastalığı, glomerülokîstik böbrek hastalığı, tüberöz skleroz ve diğer sendrom-lan kapsamaktadır. Bu makalede öncelikle otozomal resesif polikistik böbrek hastalığının klinik bulguları gözden geçirilmiş ve ayırıcı tanıda dikkate alınması gereken otozomal dominant polikistik böbrek hastalığı. mültikİsük displastik böbrek, tüberöz skleroz ve netronofitiziye değinilmiştir.
