Abstract (2. Language):
Coincidence of membranous glomerulonephritis and autoimmune thyroiditis has been reported increasingly more commonly in recent years. Membranous glomerulonephritis is especially very common with autoimmune thyroiditis and the early development of nephrotic syndrome with renal failure is seen frequently in these cases. Early appropriate immunosuppressive therapy, is very important in patients with autoimmune thyroiditis and membranous glomerulonephritis for protection of renal functions. We report here an early diagnosed case with coincidence of autoimmune thyroiditis and membranous glomerulonephritis.
