The case which was followed up in our clinic as acute renal failure, malignant hlpertension, microscopic hematuria and rapid deterioration of renal functions had a diagnosis of crescentic form IgA nephropathy by the renal needle biopsy is presented in this article because of its rareness in the literature

Kliniğimize akut renal yetmezlik, malign hipertansiyon, mikroskopik hematüri ve renal fonksiyonlarda hızlı kötüle§me nedeniyle yatırılan ve renal iğne biyopsisi ile "Kresenlikformda IgA Nefropatisi" tanısı konulan vaka, literatürde nadir bildirilmesi nedeniyle sunuldu.
