Abstract (2. Language): 
The 16th century is a period that Ottoman's poem is on the top for every situation. In this period it's known that religious, mistical and ethical mesnevîs were very wealthy for content. The mesnevî investigated is a ethical-diptheria mesnevî. It is a model of Nasihatnâme sort. In this article mesnevî called Sohbet-nâme of Emîrî who lived in 16th century one of the Divan Litereture poets is going to be presentated.

16.asır, Osmanlı şiirinin her alanda zirvede olduğu bir dönemdir. Bu dönemde dinî-tasavvufî-ahlâkî mesnevîlerin muhteva yönünden bir hayli zengin olduğu bilinmektedir. İncelenen mesnevî ahlâkî-didaktik bir eserdir. Nasihatnâme türünün bir örneğidir. Bu makalede de 16. yüzyıl şairlerinden Emîrî ve Sohbet-nâme adlı mesnevîsi ele alınacaktır.
