In this article we aimed to give an outline of the attitude of the Con-sultational Liason Psychiatry Department in Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Medical School, by introducing two cases. The differential diagnosis between depression and feeling down, treatment and coring attitudes in patients who are under medical treatment are dis¬cussed.
